We provide our plugins “as is” without warranty of any kind, and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like. Our plugins are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable, required version of WordPress, and 3rd party plugins(where applicable). We do not guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins and themes, with all web browsers, with all hosting providers, and/or with all server setups. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing our plugins.
It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin and theme conflicts at our discretion, or as time allows. We are not responsible for any plugin and theme compatibility conflicts that may occur.
Support Services for purchased plugins are available via User Dashboard for all accounts for which there is a valid, active license key and for as long as it is owned/continued by wptools. Support requests are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We do not customize our plugins or provide support for any 3rd party customization of our plugins. We also do not provide support if our plugin is not functioning properly because of any other 3rd party plugin which you are using.
Support is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (+6:00 GMT ) from Monday through Friday except for major holidays. Inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed in the next immediate business day.
We do not offer support for WordPress, or other WordPress products we have not developed. We commit to keeping our plugins up-to-date with the latest version of WordPress, and third party plugins(where applicable), but we can give no guarantee. As such, all of our plugins are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. We can give no guarantee that plugins will work with older versions of WordPress.
We also provide support to the free users but only after we are done providing support to the premium users. We are not liable to provide support to the free users. Yet, we try our best to respond to each of your needs and queries as quickly as possible. We recommend the WordPress.org support forum for free support.
NOTE: We don’t provide support on Facebook, Twitter, or other social platforms.
For annual licenses, plugin license keys are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, a license renewal will need to be purchased to continue receiving support and plugin updates.
For lifetime licenses, plugin license keys are valid forever and never need to be renewed.
License holders cannot share or resell their license key. The license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders web site(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant.
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will be sent 2 emails. The first will provide you with a link to download the plugin, your license key, along your account information. The second email, which you’ll receive after the payment is successfully processed, will provide a receipt, as well as a secure link to download your PDF invoice. If you purchased a lifetime license you’ll only receive a single email combining the secure download link, license key, receipt, and PDF invoice. You will also be able to access the plugin files and license key from your account for as long as you hold a valid license key for the plugin.
If your license key expires or is otherwise revoked or refunded, then download access will be discontinued until the license key is renewed.
Plugin updates are available for as long as you hold a valid and active license key, it will be made available to you from the WordPress dashboard.
You can also download the latest version of the plugin from your account page.
We reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade the price or terms of a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent.
If you have an active subscription then the plugin will be renewed at the cost you originally paid, regardless of the cost for new customers. If you have cancelled your subscription then you must renew the license key at the current purchase price.
All plugins sold on this website are the property of wptools. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our plugins.

All content on this website and throughout the plugin is the property of wptools. This includes images, videos, documentation and other information. It may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase for our plugins. However, please note that refunds are applicable only for the first-time purchase and do not apply to renewals or if you have previously received a refund. If you encounter any issues or have questions about our plugins, kindly contact us before requesting a refund, as we’re here to assist and resolve any problems you may face. Your satisfaction is our priority.
